Santiago used to have a series of paladares, but over the last couple of years most have been forced to close.

Last I heard only one was operating:

It is located on a side street between the centre of town and the Melia Santiago.

Be sure to call ahead as it has a lot of business. Not surprisingly as it is one of the best places if not the best place to eat in Santiago. Situated on a rooftop it has the best service in town. The food is great and you can even get a decent wine with the meal. Go there. You won't find better.

It is open daily from 11 am till late at night.
